You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transportation. You must also, for all returns, prepay shipping and insurance charges (if applicable). If your return is eligible for a refund, your refund will not include any shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice.
When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or exchange. If you are eligible for an exchange or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (depending on the original payment method).

Article 1 - Return of unopened items:
We only accept returns on items returned within 14 days of delivery as indicated by the original tracking information.
Article 2 - Exchanges
We only exchange defective or damaged goods. When you consider a product to be defective, please contact us, within 14 days of your purchase, at the telephone number or email address below and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then tell you how to return the product.
Article 3 - Shipping
In the situation where the customer wishes to return the product purchased on the site to the seller for whatever reason, the customer must inform the seller in advance, so that the latter can communicate the instructions relating to the product return. If the customer returns the product to the seller on his own initiative, the seller may refuse the package and not issue a refund.

Article 4 - Process
When we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and amounts refunded do not include the cost of shipping. A maximum period of 30 business days after receipt of our email may elapse before the refund has been received.
If you are eligible for an exchange, we will send you a new item to the original shipping address.
Article 5 - Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you returned the item.
